Data Collection
We collect personal information such as name, email address, and social provider avatar, as well as usage information like in-app events and usage metrics.
We store flashcard assets that users have uploaded to our servers, including images and audio files. These assets are securely stored.
Data Usage
We use your data to analyze usage and improve app functionality, as well as to allow users to apply for public community publication or keep their collections and decks private.
Users can upload assets like audios or images to the flashcards. We keep the data inside a cloud bucket, but we do not use or access it in any way, even to train AI. Paid users can use speech recognition functionalities; we do not keep users' recordings.
Security
Your data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption, and we utilize OAuth for secure authentication.
All user collections, decks, and flashcards are private by default. Users have the option to publish their content or apply for community publication. Until such actions are taken, your data remains confidential.
User Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can request account deletion through our support email at team@memogrow.com or by deleting your account inside the app at the profile section.
AI Usage
We utilize third-party services, including Google Cloud AI, AWS AI services, and the OpenAI API, to enhance our app with advanced generation and speech recognition functionalities.
We want to assure you that we do not use generated images in any capacity, as our team is committed to ethical practices and does not engage in art theft.
Furthermore, we do not use any of your personal data to train AI models, ensuring your information remains private and secure.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using Memogrow, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Sharing or publishing offensive or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
Memogrow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and educational purposes. Commercial use is subject to prior approval and agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activities.
Accounts may also be banned if users create collections, decks, or flashcards that contain sexual, violent, or drug-related content, as these violate our community guidelines.
In the near future, some of Memogrow's free functionalities may transition to paid features. We are committed to providing value and will ensure that any changes are communicated clearly to our users.
